Jeff Harmon has been keeping me honest in some of my rants about War for Oil and Social Security Shell Games, and for this I'm most grateful. It's been a pleasure to know Jeff on and off these many years, and I regret the time we fall out of touch, like I have with other friends. My relationship with Jeff has been formative.
